Our Process
01 - Initial Consultation
This consult could be done over the phone or in person. It will be an opportunity for us to learn a little more about each other. Find out your basic wants and needs.
Following this phone call or meeting we will send you some documents to fill out for us to be able to get a more in depth look at what you want in your home and allow our next encounter be more productive.
02 - Planning
After you have answered some questions and given an opportunity to consider a lot of options we will meet so that we can discuss the budget for your project.
We will talk about your desired specifications, finishes and options to determine a final budget and pricing for your build. We will also review contracts and make plans to sign those.
In addition decisions will be made about a timeline for your build so that we can set a schedule for the start of your project with a projected completion date.
03 - Construction
The work begins. We will secure all permits for your build as well as schedule and attend all inspections during the build. Our team will do any necessary site preparation and start building.
We will keep you up to date on the progress as we move through the process. When construction is completed we will do a final walk through to view and discuss details you may need to know about your home.
04 - Warranty
We warranty our workmanship and systems for 1 year.
We also offer a third party home warranty with 2-10 Home Warranties that, in addition to the 1 year on workmanship and systems, will also cover 10 years of any structural defects.
